MEDICATION MANAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS

Did you know that taking medications properly can greatly improve your quality of life?  Has anyone ever reviewed your list of medications to see if there are any potential harmful interactions?  Medication management presentations and medication reviews will be coming soon to a senior center near you to help you address these important questions.

RSVP Lake County is teaming up with the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging, Great Lakes Pharmacy, the Lake County Council on Aging, and the Lake County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board to offer these presentations free of charge.  Participants will learn how properly taken medication can improve one’s quality of life, understand important medication safety tips and how medications can interact, and more!
