Alzheimer’s Association to Offer Free Education Program
“Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body”

Join us Friday, July 12, from 1 to 2 p.m., at Willoughby Senior Center, 38032 Brown Avenue, for a free education program and ice cream social.

The Alzheimer’s Association will present “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips From the Latest Research,” and attendees will learn about Alzheimer’s research in several areas including social engagement, cognitive ability, diet and nutrition, and exercise. Attendees will use hands-on tools to help incorporate recommendations learned into a plan for healthy aging.

Willoughby Senior Center will provide the ice cream. The program and refreshments are free and open to all.
