The City of Kirtland is in the beginning stages of a strategic planning process, which is being facilitated for the city by Lakeland Community College’s Nonprofit and Public Service Center.
Mayor Davidson and City Council would like to invite the public to participate in a highly interactive stakeholder listening session on February 6th from 6pm – 9pm at the Holden University Center, Lakeland Community College.
Participants will be able to weigh in on the future of Kirtland while participating in a robust conversation regarding the challenges and opportunities that currently exist. The stakeholder participation will result in the identification of strategic priorities that will be used as the foundation of the strategic plan moving forward.
